In a case of wide-ranging importance in failed bank litigation, we successfully obtained an opinion from the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit holding that the FDIC's claims against the bank's former officers and directors had priority over shareholders' claims against those same officers and directors. Steve Novack successfully argued the appeal.
