Novack and Macey represented Tunnell Consulting, Inc. who alleged that KPS breached an oral agreement to pay Tunnell a fee if KPS acquired Jernberg’s assets. After Jernberg filed for bankruptcy, KPS acquired Jernberg’s assets but denied there was any agreement and refused to pay the fee.
