Jet Support Services, Inc. ("JSSI") is a provider of aircraft and jet engine maintenance service programs to owners and operators of jet aircraft. In this case, Circus Air, Inc. ("Circus Air") alleged that JSSI breached its maintenance program contract by not paying for certain repairs. Circus Air attempted to file suit in both Illinois and Oklahoma. On behalf of JSSI, we obtained dismissal of the case filed in Oklahoma. The case in Illinois was subsequently dismissed voluntarily by Circus Air.
