Recently, the Appellate Court affirmed a judgment that had been entered by Judge James F. Henry in favor of Novack and Macey’s client, a national law firm.

The Appellate Court held that Judge Henry correctly dismissed the complaint because it was barred by the statute of limitations. The Court rejected the plaintiff’s claims that it did not know of the cause of action and that a different statute of limitations applied.
