In this action, Mitchell L. Marinello and Melissa Pryor represented the landlord of a shopping mall against a tenant that had fallen behind in his rent payments. After determining that the tenant was unlikely to catch up on it's rent payments in an acceptable time frame, Mitch and Melissa quickly obtained an order of eviction and a judgement for unpaid rent. As a result, their client is now able to re-let the premises.
