
Olivia St. Clair has represented individual and institutional clients in a wide range of disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, securities fraud, consumer fraud and deceptive business practices, malicious prosecution, and commercial foreclosure.
Before coming to Novack and Macey LLP, Olivia completed a year-long public interest deferral at the nonprofit organization Women Employed, where she advocated for state and federal policy changes to benefit low-income workers and community college investment. She came to Chicago for law school after growing up in Southern California. While attending the University of Chicago Law School, she was co-director of the Hinton Moot Court program, a Hinton Moot Court semi-finalist, director of Scales of Justice (an a cappella group), and a performer in the law school’s annual musical.
Olivia’s pro bono contributions include advocacy for children and families facing barriers to special education access. Olivia is a member of the Advocacy Council at Women Employed and a Women’s Committee member at the Lesbian and Gay Bar Association of Chicago.
