Kristen Werries Collier represents clients in a variety of complex commercial business disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tort violations, energy, partnership and corporate law. Kristen practices in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings nationwide. She is experienced in analyzing and setting case strategy, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, managing large-scale document productions and reviews, and taking and defending depositions.
Kristen has represented, among others, General Growth Properties, Inc., Mirant Corporation, Constellation Energy, Inc., McDermott, Will & Emery, Communications & Commerce, LLC, and numerous individuals.
Kristen came to Novack and Macey directly from law school and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association. She was born in Jacksonville, Illinois in 1971.
