Stephanie Harris represents clients in disputes involving such issues as commercial contracts, consumer fraud, common law fraud, and securities fraud. She also has experience with commercial disputes involving restrictive covenants and other employment terms and agreements.
Stephanie is experienced in handling the issues that arise when agreements between high net worth individuals break down, both professionally and personally. She has handled breach of fiduciary duty claims and officer and director insurance disputes, and has provided counsel in multi-million dollar divorce proceedings.
Stephanie is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association. She was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina in 1976. During law school, Stephanie worked in the Law School’s Family Violence Clinic and volunteered with Georgia Legal Services. She moved to Illinois after law school and lives in Chicago today with her husband.
