BIOGRAPHY
Courtney Tedrowe has represented businesses in diverse industries and high net worth individuals in their commercial and employment disputes in courts and other forums nationwide. Examples include:
Defense of corporate directors and officers against fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims
Defense of property management companies against commercial and residential property mismanagement claims
Defense of financial services and computer technology companies against theft of intellectual property, misappropriation of trade secrets claims and unfair competition claims
Resolution of disputes among members of closely held LLCs, corporations and limited partnerships
Prosecution and defense of securities fraud and broker mismanagement claims
Courtney is a member of the American Bar Association. He has practiced before the American Arbitration Association and the New York Stock Exchange. Prior to joining Novack and Macey LLP, Courtney practiced at Dewey Ballantine LLP in New York, New York.
Courtney was born in Hinsdale, Illinois in 1970. He and his wife, Emily, live in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago.
