Adam Waskowski represents clients in a wide variety of lawsuits involving, among other things, legal malpractice, breach of contract, product liability, defamation, and administrative law.
Adam has experience with all stages of litigation. He has briefed and argued several successful dispositive motions in court, deposed numerous key witnesses, won a jury trial on behalf of an indigent client, participated in mediations, and enforced judgments against judgment debtors refusing to honor their legal obligations. He also recently argued an appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Before joining Novack and Macey, Adam was an associate at Lord Bissell & Brook. He also previously served as the Deputy Press Secretary for U.S. Senator Russell Feingold.
