Molly S. DiRago has represented a range of clients in multimillion-dollar matters involving such issues as products liability, fraud, auditing and accounting liability and shareholder disputes. She has appeared in numerous hearings in state and federal court, often as the sole representative of the client, and has participated in mediation, settlement and pretrial conferences.
Prior to joining Novack and Macey in 2008 she was a litigation associate with Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago. She also spent a summer at the United States Attorney's Office in San Francisco. Before entering legal practice, Molly served as a Rape Crisis Educator with Lakeview Center at Baptist Healthcare in Pensacola, IL, and as a staff assistant in the office of U. S. Congressman Sam Farr in Washington, DC.
Molly is a member of the Associate Board of Coordinated Advice & Referral Program for Legal Services (CARPLS). The organization provides low-income clients with direct access to experienced attorneys who are trained to quickly assess and respond to a wide range of civil legal problems.
