Devra Hirshfeld has represented a variety of national and multi-national corporations involving such issues as contract disputes, products liability and toxic torts, shareholder disputes, complex merger litigation and various business torts. She has been involved in all stages of litigation from filing suit through settlement. Prior to joining Novack and Macey in 2008, she was a litigation associate at Mayer Brown LLP.
